Tony Fadell has an extremely interesting history, and has worked on several incredibly influential technology products, including the iPod and iPhone, then went on to create Nest, which became incredibly influential in the smart home market, then got purchased by Google for $3.2 billion.

This book talks about how he approaches problems and how to run product design and a technical team. He talks about many of the failures from his career, and the lessons he learned from them. It’s a very easy read filled with excellent ways to think about and solve problems, and lots of great insights in to how to look at and break apart problems.
